After graduating Physiotherapy in 2007, Rob further developed his expertise obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2011. With a strong clinical background, Rob specializes in manual and manipulative therapy, complimented by progressive functional treatment based around individual goals and requirements.
His career has spanned the UK and Australasia, working with professional athletes and in private practice. Rob has refined his method for comprehensive Physio management through his experience with UK’s Celtic Football Club and the Wellington Phoenix. He now translates this approach into the clinical setting delivering treatment to athletes of all codes and people from all walks of life.
His passion for understanding human movement and the ability to influence ones’ form and function shine through in his methods.
Educated at Otago University's School of Physical Education, Becs has been in the personal training business since 1994. Her career includes working amongst top NZ personal trainers at Les Mills and elite studio gyms such as Perfect Performance, BodySmart and now Loft 45.
Becs client base and experience spans from corporate clients to professional athletes. Her range of expertise includes training for endurance sport, health and vitality, pregnancy and injury rehabilitation (especially enjoying working in the multidisciplinary environment; involving physiotherapists, doctors and massage therapists).
Becs is a keen sportswoman who loves to run, ski, play tennis and surf amongst other outdoor pastimes. She has taken up various teaching positions over the years, including personal training courses at Les Mills and Auckland University of Technology. Now a Mum with a limited time budget Becs is part time at Loft 45 but just as dedicated to her clients as ever.
Helen Gittus, originally a Registered Nurse and after furthering her training has worked as a Certified Personal Trainer for over 15 years around the globe. From beach action training sessions in the Cayman Islands to snow specific training in the Colorado Rockies to city corporate stress management in London's busiest health club to Sky Tower Race training in New Zealand.
Helen lives and breathes her philosophy of remaining in tiptop shape in order to really live life. She loves to play in the outdoors and is a keen sportswoman spending much of her free time surfing, mountain biking, trail running, kite surfing, snowboarding or whatever else presents itself.
Helen teaches corporate health and well-being workshops, outdoor training groups and personal safety/conflict management courses throughout New Zealand and trains a select clientele from a boutique gym LOFT 45 in central Auckland and privately on Waiheke Island.

Jason Marshall: Personal Trainer at Loft45. Jason has been a personal trainer for more than 10 years. A former chef, prior to this.

Chris has 8 years industry experience including personal training, boot camp and group exercise instruction.
He started his personal training career in Melbourne then moved to Wellington, and now, back to his home town: Auckland.
Chris is very keen on soccer and started when he was just 4 years old. He worked his way up through the grades and has been lucky enough to play National League, Auckland Reps, NZ Rep U17 and U21 Squads and also trialed for Manchester City in England. The love of fitness harboured in Chris's years playing soccer, never left and he is now bringing his style of functional, circuit based training to his clients.
Having always had personal trainers and professional coaches throughout his training career, Chris is very strict on correct technique, and knows how hard his clients need to work to get their results. In 1989, Kiri studied for her Diploma of Business from the Manukau Institute of Technology, and after gaining her qualification, worked in Marketing for a number of years. In 1997 she decided to make a change in her career, and follow her passion for sports, with the aim of helping others attain and enjoy a higher level of performance in their given sports. Kiri gained her Diploma’s in Massage from the NZ College of Massage in 1999. She has enjoyed working with elite athletes from many different sport disciplines, as well as people interested in general health, fitness and wellbeing. However the highlights would be working with the NZ and franchise netball teams, and working at the ASB Classic in Auckland for the past 4 years.
Wade has been a massage therapist for over a decade after completing a Diploma of Therapeutic Massage and Body Therapies at the New Zealand College of Massage in Auckland. Wade is also a senior tutor at the NZ College of massage on their two-year sports diploma, and on their degree course.
Wade’s client base and experience spans from corporate clients to professional athletes. He has been the massage therapist to the New Zealand All Whites Football team since 2005. He has also been an accredited provider to the NZ Academy of Sport.
