I have been a member of Loft 45 for as long as they have been open. Day one I was there. For any hiccup I may have during my daily training and life i am well looked after. So far so good!!!! I have been a full time triathlete for 14 straight seasons .... not one race have i missed because of injury....I have had treatment from Tim the physio, to Monique the podiatrist, to Graeme and Becs for personal training, and Kiri for massage. And I have been working with Wade (massage therapist) twice weekly for many years. My body is my job... With the support of LOFT 45.... I make it to my "office" each and everyday giving 100%.

Loft 45 offers far more than gym facilities, it is a single location that offers a wide variety services that can help the beginner athlete/gym goer to the professional athlete. The facility is also home to some of the best sports specialists such as, massage, podiatrist, personal trainers, physios. I was injured all last year after being hit by a car and went through many specialists until I was recommended to try the team at loft 45 and I have never looked back. Monique (podiatrist), Graeme (personal trainer/physio) and Wade (massage therapist) all helped me immensely in my recovery and I trust the team and would recommend them to anyone who; has an injury, wants a personalized training plan, a massage, weakness identification or just wants to go to a cool fully equipped not to busy gym in the center of town.
Gym work for me as a triathlete is something a strongly believe in, only two 40min sessions a week make a huge difference in overall strength, biomechanics, and injury prevention.
I have been coming to Loft 45 for just on a year now. Being a member of this gym has played a huge role in my health and well being journey. I have appreciated being in a small and friendly environment where everyone is focussed on achieving their goals.

The location is fantastic too. I always manage to get a free car park and there is nothing like an early morning run around Victoria Park and the Viaduct. This is from the person that couldn't run 1km last year :)
